I created the intro animation for this video, which was well received and implemented into all demo videos from this point. This video is intended for a wide audience and is housed on Greenlee's YouTube channel.
A customer reached out to the product manager saying were having some issues getting the tool to pair to the remote. To solve this problem, I created a 30 second video that shows how to go through the process. The product manager let me know that since they received the video they have had no issues pairing the tool to the remote.
This deep dive video details the process for set up, pairing, and operation of the tool. People such as methods and standards writers would need this video to learn all the ins and outs of the tool. They decide the listing of standard tools that will be used by their employees.
